How do ONETHANZERO products fit?

Are ONETHANZERO products unisex?
Some products are designed with unisex silhouettes. Product pages will clearly state the intended fit and sizing information.
How should I care for my ONETHANZERO products?
Wash at 30°C, inside out, avoid harsh chemicals, air dry where possible, and follow the care label. Full details in our Size & Product Care Guide.
How do I place an order?
Select your product, choose your size, add it to your cart, and complete checkout. You will receive an order confirmation once your purchase has been submitted.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not entered processing, we will try to assist. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes may not be possible.
Are limited drops restocked?
Some products may return. Others are produced as limited releases and may not return. Follow ONETHANZERO channels for release updates.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express debit and credit cards, alongside Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Revolut Pay, Klarna, Afterpay and Clearpay. Available payment methods depend on your country.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. ONETHANZERO does not store complete payment card information.

How long does delivery take?
UK Standard: 2 to 5 business days. Europe: 5 to 10 business days. USA: 5 to 12 business days. Asia: 7 to 14 business days. Africa and Rest of World: 7 to 21 business days.
Do I have to pay customs duties?
International customers may be responsible for import duties, customs charges and local taxes, determined by the destination country. Where possible, orders ship Delivered Duties Paid (DDP).
Can I return an item?
Yes — UK customers have 14 days to notify and 14 days to return; international customers have 30 days from receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. See our Returns Policy.
