“ONETHANZERO”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ONETHANZERO Ltd. “You” and “your” refer to the individual accessing or using our services.

ONETHANZERO is a premium lifestyle brand built around a simple principle: one is greater than zero. Our products, services and community are designed around progress, discipline, consistency, craftsmanship, and intentional action. Purchase of a product does not create membership, partnership, employment, endorsement, or representation unless specifically confirmed.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, place an order, subscribe to communications, participate in The Clan, or use Life OS. By using our services, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet this requirement.

Certain services may require an ONETHANZERO account. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality, protecting your password, and all activity conducted through your account. You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe there has been fraudulent activity, abuse of services, violation of these Terms, misuse of membership benefits, or harmful behaviour toward staff, customers, or community members.

ONETHANZERO products are designed and produced with attention to materials, construction, craftsmanship and durability. Colours may vary depending on your device display; minor manufacturing variations may occur; measurements may have reasonable tolerances. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, limit quantities, and correct errors in descriptions or pricing.

Some products may be released as limited drops, members-only collections, exclusive colourways, or numbered releases. Limited availability does not remove your statutory consumer rights.

All prices are shown in the applicable currency, inclusive or exclusive of taxes where required by law, and subject to change without notice. When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products. A contract is formed when payment has been successfully processed, the order has been accepted, and products have been dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel orders where payment cannot be verified, fraud is suspected, pricing errors occur, or products become unavailable.

Payments are processed securely through authorised providers including Stripe, Paystack, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not store complete payment card details.

To protect our customers and business, ONETHANZERO may perform security checks and may cancel or delay orders where suspicious activity is identified.

Discount codes must be used according to their stated conditions, may have expiry dates, may apply only to selected products, and cannot always be combined. Only one discount code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated. Discount codes have no cash value.

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith. Delivery times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather events, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances outside our control.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

You are responsible for following care instructions. Damage caused by incorrect washing, misuse, alterations, improper storage, or normal wear and tear may not qualify as a manufacturing defect.

All ONETHANZERO intellectual property belongs exclusively to ONETHANZERO Ltd — the ONETHANZERO name, the 1 > 0 mark, logos, product names, collections, manifesto, photography, videos, designs, graphics, website content, Life OS, The Clan identity, packaging, and written materials. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any ONETHANZERO intellectual property without written permission.

If you submit, upload, tag, mention, or share content related to ONETHANZERO — including photographs, videos, reviews, testimonials and social media posts — you retain ownership of your content and grant ONETHANZERO a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content for marketing, brand storytelling, social media, and website features. We will not falsely represent your content or imply endorsement beyond your actual interaction with ONETHANZERO.

Reviews should be truthful, based on personal experience, and respectful. We may remove content that is fraudulent, contains harmful material, violates laws, or contains offensive content. Negative feedback does not automatically qualify for removal.

Life OS is designed as a personal productivity and progress tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, financial advice, professional coaching, or guaranteed outcomes. You are responsible for decisions made using information recorded within Life OS.

The Clan represents the ONETHANZERO community. Membership benefits may change over time and do not create ownership rights, employment, partnership, or agency relationship.

Our services may contain links or integrations with third parties. We are not responsible for third-party websites, payment providers, external platforms, or third-party content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONETHANZERO provides services on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that website access will always be uninterrupted, that services will always be error-free, or that information will always be completely accurate.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or statutory consumer rights. Subject to the above, ONETHANZERO will not be liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, or consequential damages.

ONETHANZERO will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, internet failures, supply chain disruption, transport interruptions, and global events.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms periodically without informing you. Changes will apply from the date they are published. Your continued use of ONETHANZERO services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
